Still unsure about something? Send a message and a real person replies.
How many people can join a private tour?
Each charter is private for up to six guests. Larger groups can be arranged with an additional or larger boat — send a custom request and we will price it for you.
Are children welcome?
Yes. Children of all ages are welcome with a parent or guardian aboard, and properly sized life jackets are provided. Let us know ages when booking so the crew can prepare.
What happens if the weather turns?
Captain's judgment always comes first. If conditions are unsafe we reschedule to the next available window, or refund in full when no alternate date works.
Do I need to know how to swim or snorkel?
No. Flotation vests and in-water guidance are provided, and plenty of guests stay aboard and enjoy the coastline instead.
Is food included?
Drinks and snacks are included. You are welcome to bring your own food, and we can point you to nearby spots that pack coolers to order.
What if I get seasick?
The Guanacaste coast is usually calm, especially on morning departures. If you're sensitive, take a motion-sickness remedy an hour before departure and choose an earlier slot.
How do I pay?
Bookings are paid online by card or PayPal through a secure checkout. Pricing shown is the total for the private boat, not per person.
Where do we depart from?
Most trips leave from Playa Flamingo or Playa Tamarindo, with Conchal and other beaches available on request. We confirm the exact meeting point by email after booking.
